How do I access my account if my Membership email address is not being recognized?
This issue usually arises when an account hasn’t been activated yet. When signing up for Membership, an account activation email should have been sent right away. Once locating that email, you should be able to activate your account immediately. Please reach out to concierge if this issue continues to persist. We’re eager to help!
How do I access my benefits once I've signed up?
Sign up or log in through the account page using the same email address at checkout.
Once you’ve signed in, your perks will automatically apply: 20% off sets, free shipping, member-only products, etc.
Do I need to have an account to access membership?
Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one), which will grant you access to all your Member perks.
How can I cancel my membership?
Please reach out to hello@tryeterna.com for support. We can help ensure that your Membership does not automatically renew after your first year ends. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.
